About the role
We’re looking for a passionate individual to help us scout new Talents across various mediums.
What you’ll do
- Identify and scout new talents
- Assist in Talent onboarding process
- Develop prospect list
- Create new marketing strategies
- Maintain internal databases and trackers

- Social media savviness, staying up to date with latest trends in the influencer space
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Youtube and Tik Tok as well as a passion for beauty. Fashion, lifestyle.
- You’re a people's person. You enjoy building networking and building relationships.
